tomato juice yeast milk medium
Recipe:
- 900 ml DI-H~2~O
- 100g low-fat skim milk powder
- 100 ml tomato juice
- 5g yeast extract
- 15g agar
- Autoclave at 121 °C and 15 psi for 20 min.
- Pour agar into petri plates
- (unless making broth, then don't do that, it will be a mess)
