tomato juice yeast milk medium

Recipe:

• 900 ml DI-H~2~O
• 100g low-fat skim milk powder
• 100 ml tomato juice
• 5g yeast extract
• 15g agar
• Autoclave at 121 °C and 15 psi for 20 min.
• Pour agar into petri plates
  • (unless making broth, then don't do that, it will be a mess)
