Jucied vegetable medium

    For the cultivation of plant associated fungi

Recipe:

1. 200 ml V8 Original vegetable juice
2. 2 g CaCO~3~
3. 15 g agar
4. Autoclave at 121 °C and 15 psi for 30 min.
5. After cooling:
   • Pour 20 ml liquid agar into 100 mm petri plates
     • (unless making broth, then don't do that, it will be a mess)
