Cyano ES medium recipe

For the isolation of cyanobacteria from soil environments

Cyano ES agar recipe:

1. 30 ml soil extract
2. 1.9 g KNO~3~
3. 4.35 g K~2~HPO~4~
4. 7.5 g MgSO~4~
5. 5 ml micronutrient solution
6. 8 g agar
7. 965 ml DI-H~2~O
8. Autoclave at 121 °C for 20 min.
9. Pour 20 ml plates (unless making broth, then don't do that, it will be a mess)
