Cornmeal dextrose peptone medium

    - For the cultivation of fungi

Recipe:

• 15 g cornmeal
• 8 g dextrose
• 2 g peptone
• 995 ml DI-H~2~O
• Add 15 g agar
• Autoclave at 121 °C and 15 psi for 30 min.
• Pour agar into petri plates
  • (unless making broth, then don't do that, it will be a mess)
